CU Direct is very popular with our members, because of its convenience and the friendly service provided by our call centre representatives. When you call CU Direct, our experienced and capable staff can help you with most enquiries on the spot, which means that in most instances, there is no need to go to a branch.
Applications for a Home Loan, Personal Loan or Credit Card can also be taken over the phone. Our CU Direct call centre representatives will take you through a loan application step by step from the comfort of your own home, or place of work.

Alternatively, we offer a secure messaging service from our internet banking platform cu@home. If you have access to cu@home, you can use this to send an email direct to one of service consultants who will investigate your concerns and respond back to you promptly.
