Internet Banking

Internet banking is accessible 24/7 anywhere in the world. You can view your accounts and transactions, transfer funds and pay bills using BPAY®.

  How do I get started?

Setting up internet banking:

  1. Firstly, you’ll need your member number and access code.
  2. If you don't have an access code, you’ll need to contact us on 13 22 49 or visit any one of our branches.
  3. Once you have your member number and access code head to our homepage. At the top right click on “Login” under “Online Banking”.
  4. Enter your details and security question.

Is internet banking secure?
Yes. Our website is a secure, with internet banking using the advanced technology of 128-bit encryption, preventing unauthorised access.

How do I log out?
Internet banking has a "log out" option that we encourage you to use if leaving your computer unattended for any reason. Clicking on the "log out" tab will prevent others viewing your membership details.

What is lock out?
If your password is incorrectly entered a number of times internet banking will "lock out" the user. If it’s a password mistake on your behalf, simply call us on 13 22 49 to have your access code re-activated.

Mobile Banking with moneytree

moneytree is our mobile banking app for Android and iPhone. It’s mobile banking made easy.

  How do I get started?

Setting up moneytree:

  1. You’ll need your member number and access code.
  2. If you don't have an access code, you’ll need to contact us on 13 22 49 or visit any one of our branches.
  3. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and once installed, enter your member number and access code.
  4. Next you can either set a PIN or pattern to access mobile banking.

Is moneytree secure?
Yes. Logging into mobile banking via moneytree is as secure as logging into mobile banking via your phone's browser.

How do I log out?
All you need to do is press the home button on your Android or iPhone.

How can I protect my phone?
We recommend that you have a PIN set up to access your mobile phone that is only memorised by you.

Phone Banking

Telephone banking gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touchphone. It's a free service, which costs the price of a local call, regardless of where you ring from within Australia.

  • Access the balances of loans, savings and term deposit accounts
  • Transfer money between your accounts and other pre-nominated members' accounts
  • Get your last 5 transactions (up to max 15 transactions)
  • Find out your interest earned last Financial Year
  • Change your access code
  • Pay your bills using BPAY®
  How do I get started?

Phone Banking is easy to use. Just follow these step by step instructions.

The automated voice will also help to guide you through these steps.

  1. Phone (02) 4229 1900
  2. After the welcome message, key in your Membership Number, then press the * key.
  3. Key in your Access Code, then press the * key. At the main menu, select the service you require by pressing the corresponding number.

When you've finished your transaction, simply replace the handset.

 

SMS Banking

SMS Banking is available 24/7 from your mobile phone. It's an easy way to check your account balances before withdrawing or making a purchase. You can also set up alerts to notify you when your pay has been deposited into your account.

  • Receive an SMS alert when an electronic payment from, Payroll, Direct Credit, Pension and or Family Allowance
  • Request bank account information via SMS
  How do I get started?

Registering for SMS banking is easy. Simply contact us on 13 22 49 or visit one of our branches.

Before setting up SMS banking we recommend that you read the General Information containing Conditions of Use for this service, which is available from any branch or by contacting our Contact Centre.

Once your registration has been processed you'll be sent a welcome SMS and you are ready to go!

Send BL1, BL2 ...etc This Returns the balance of the first, second etc listed Loan account.
Send BI1, BI2 ...etc This Returns the balance of the first, second etc listed Investment account.
Send T1, T2, T3 ...etc This Returns your transactions on your first, second, third etc listed account.
