Why?

At the heart of our service are our members. We do not have profiteering shareholders that demand our business be managed in a specific way. This means that we can remain focused on providing our members with excellent products & services, member benefits, fair fees & charges and of course great service.

Who?

Anyone can become a member of our credit union. All you have to do is talk to us!
One in every four adult Australian's are credit union members. Thats 25% of the Australian adult population. So you can be like many other Australian's who have chosen a 'different kind of banking' for all of their financial needs.

How?

You can find an application form in our branches, online or by calling CU Direct on 13 22 49.

You will need to present identification documents when your application for membership is submitted. (This is a standard verification practice for Australian financial institutions)

You can do this by calling into one of our branches or by completing the Bank@Post Identification Check which forms part of your Membership Application and along with your original identification documents go to your nearest Bank@Post office (Australia Post) to be formally verified.
