Become a Member | Identification Requirements

If you are over 18 years of age we will require you to present identification when your application is submitted. (This is a standard verification practice for Australian financial institutions)

We require photo identification or a combination of other documents to confirm your identity.

Examples of primary and secondary identification are:

• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Australian Passport (not expired more than two years)
• International Passport (current)
• Proof of Age Card/NSW Photo Card
• Current Centrelink Pension Card
• Birth Certificate
• Citizenship Certificate
• Utility Bill or council rates notice (less than 3 months old)
• Taxation Notice or Centrelink Statement (less than 12 months old)
