What is SMS Banking?

SMS Banking allows you to receive account information by SMS to your mobile phone.

Alerts: You can nominate to receive an SMS alerts when you receive an electronic payment from, Payroll, Direct Credit, Pension and or Family Allowance

Requests: Once your registration is confirmed you can SMS us on 0418292185 from your nominated mobile phone number, with the appropriate message, and we will SMS the requested information from the following options:

How do I get started?

Registering for SMS Banking is easy. All you have to do to start SMS Banking is contact our Call Centre on 13 22 49 or visit one of our branches. Prior to applying for our SMS Banking we recommend that you read the General Information containing Conditions of Use for this service.

Once your information has been processed you will be sent a welcome SMS and you are ready to go!
