Well before Covid-19, we noticed a shift in the way our customers’ bank with us; with a decrease in customers transacting at our branches, particularly in the afternoon. For this reason, effective from Tuesday 6 October, we’ll be updating our branch operation hours for our Helensburgh, Corrimal and Dapto branches. Our new operating hours will be 9:30am-1:30pm Monday – Friday (AEST).
These changes are focused on ensuring we’re meeting the needs of our customers. These hours will ensure our staff can continue to support our customers who utilise our branch network, and can support our Member Direct team, which had seen an increase in calls in the previous months.
Ways to bank with us
Call us on 13 22 49. Our team is also available to assist with any enquiries via our call centre, which is opened between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays (AEST).
You can deposit cash or cheques, plus withdraw money at participating Australian post offices. It’s safe, secure and ensures that you can bank anywhere a [email protected] is offered. You’ll just need to bring your Illawarra credit union visa debit card. Find a [email protected] outlet.
Utilise your Visa debit card to access your funds via any major bank atm free of charge. Plus, you can load your visa debit card to any of our pays solutions so you can make payments on the go. If you need to order a Visa debit card, or activate your existing card, call us on 13 22 49.
