'tis the season.
Wishing you and your family a safe and happy holiday season.
The end of year is fast approaching!
Whether you’re taking a break or working through, we hope it’s a safe and enjoyable time for you and your family.
Most things to do with your banking will continue as normal over the festive season, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
Our Young Street branch and call centre will only be closed during public holidays – 25, 26 December 2024 and 1 January 2025.
Some Bank@Post locations may be open at additional times over the break, find your nearest one here.
You can transfer funds and use BPAY and direct debits as normal. However, processing times may be a little slower due to public holidays.
To check the progress of a payment, simply use online banking or the moneytree app.
