Having a problem with moneytree?

Here are a few solutions you can try: 

  • Make sure you have updated your phone to the latest version. You’ll need iOS 9.0+ for your Apple device or Jelly Bean version 4.2.2 for your Android device.  
  • Be sure to download the latest version of the app, which can be found on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • Do you have issues remembering logging into the app? Check you have entered your login details correctly. You can reset your password here; you’ll need your member and card number handy. 
  • A good restart also never hurt. It’s worth a shot. Give it a go.
