Updated COVID restrictions
In line with the NSW Government’s most recent announcements, face masks are no longer required to be worn in our Illawarra Credit Union branches. Effective Friday, we will not mandate that customers wear face masks in our branches. .
We continue to offer alternative banking channels, including our call centre, phone banking, online banking tools, and secure messages. If you require assistance with our phone banking solution or need to activate your online banking account or Visa Debit card, please contact our call centre on 13 22 49 (between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday), and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
