Customer alert Covid-19 update

We have been notified that a customer who visited our Wollongong Young Street branch on Wednesday, 29 December 2021, has tested positive for Covid-19.

Customers who visited the branch on this day will be notified through the Service NSW app. In accordance with advice received from NSW Health, any individual who visited our Young Street branch on this day should monitor for symptoms, and if any symptoms occur, get tested. 

As an essential service, we already have high cleaning and hygiene standards, with cleaning taking place daily and masks mandates in place as per the NSW Government rules. The wellbeing of our customers, team, and community is our highest priority, and we will continue to take every necessary step to ensure our branches are safe.
