As we wrap things up for 2024, we’d like to say wish you and your family a wonderful, restful and safe holiday season.

Over this period, our Young Street branch and call centre will only be closed during public holidays. We've noted the days we'll be closed in the table below. Some Bank@Post locations may be open at additional times over the break, find your nearest one here.

Here’s some important information to keep in mind during the festive break.

Managing Your Account While We’re Closed

Keep track of your account/s anytime 24/7 via online banking or the moneytree app. You can continue to transfer funds or make BPay payments during this time.

Cash Withdrawals

You can withdraw funds from most ATMs. If you need to make a BPay payment or you have a direct debit set up from your account, please be aware that processing times will be impacted by public holidays.

Be Aware of the Daily Transaction & Withdrawal Limit

There’s a daily EFTPOS transaction & withdrawal limit of $2,000. If you’re getting close to the limit, follow these steps to avoid any disruption while Christmas shopping:

Travelling Overseas? Contact Us Before You Go
