Illawarra Credit Union Appointed to NHFIC Non-Bank Lender Panel

We’re pleased to announce that after being involved in a competitive tender process run by NHFIC (The National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation) the Illawarra Credit Union has officially been appointed to the Australian Government Home Guarantee Scheme non-major bank lender panel, commencing 1 July.

The Scheme has experienced strong demand since it was launched in 2020, helping more than 61,000 Australians buy or build a home. We’re really excited to be able to help first home buyers and single parents realise their dreams.
