Scheduled Maintenance: Internet Banking

Our internet banking platform will be unavailable during 7:00pm until 7:30pm on Thursday 4 March, as we’ll be updating our internet banking platform.

We’d like to let all of our members know that we’ll be conducting scheduled maintenance from 7:00pm until 7:30pm on Thursday 4 March.

During the outage, you may experience intermittent interruptions to internet banking. You can continue to manage your banking via our moneytree app and phone banking.

Scheduled Maintenance: Western Union payments

Western Union payments will undergoing an upgrade.

When will this upgrade take place?

The upgrade will take place on Sunday 7 March 2021 and will be unavailable between 3.00am – 3:00pm AEDT.

To avoid delays, we recommend that you make any critical payments prior to 11.00 pm AEDT on Saturday 6 March 2021.
