Update to the way we manage transfers and payments

Over the past few years, we've continue to invest in digital channels, to allow our customers to manage their banking anytime, anywhere online. Customer have the ability to view their balances, and make payments through our various channels, including internet banking, moneytree, or phone banking. Currently 99.3% of all payments are made using these channels. With this in mind, from 1 January 2022, the Credit Union will no longer make payments on behalf of our customers.
