Updated trading hours
We’re making some changes to our weekend trading hours. From December 2020, our call centre will no longer be operating on Saturday mornings.
There are several ways to conduct your banking outside of our business hours. You’ll find some articles below, guiding you through how to perform common tasks via Phone Banking, Internet Banking, and our moneytree app.
You’ll also still be able to chat to a member of our team Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. Alternatively, you can reach us on Facebook or send an email to [email protected], where we’ll note your enquiry and have a member of our team contact you during business hours.

Of course, should you need urgent assistance to report suspicious activity or the theft or loss of a card, our after-hours phone options are still available. Please call 13 22 49 and select option number two.
