Our contact centre operating hours will change from Monday 26 April from 9am to 5pm. This change is as a result of aligning to customer calling behaviours and recognition that customers have increased the usage of internet and mobile app for their everyday banking needs.
Our team will continue to be available to service our customers with their banking and lifestyle needs via our contact centre from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our branch network will also be available during these times.
- 9:30am – 1.30pm for Helensburgh, Corrimal and Dapto; and
- 9:30am – 5:00pm for our Young Street.
