We're updating our phone number.

We're updating our phone number by adding 1300 to the beginning of our existing number. To reach our Customer Service team, you can now contact us at 1300 132 249.

What will this mean for me?

Everything will remain the same besides adding 1300 to our phone number. Our existing number will continue to be available until 28 February 2023. You'll continue to be able to chat with a member of our team Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Will I incur any costs through this new number?

A call to a 1300 number from a landline is charged at a standard local rate, no different from the cost of calling our existing 13 22 49.
