I just want to give feedback from a recent experience with the Credit Union.
I needed help with an urgent financial problem that caused my daughter and myself a lot of distress.
My first encounter was when I ambushed Anne-Marie in the car park at Wollongong.
My next encounter was with Paul at Dapto.
Then with Zaklina at Dapto.
All three were nothing short of kind, thoughtful, non judgemental, thorough and expedient.
I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. My Granddaughter will find out one day how much these people contributed to her future.
I always try to be kind to others, but to have that kindness returned is overwhelming.

Our Loans manager Anthony Tosunovski is amazing.

He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help us, make things as easy as possible & as pleasant as possible.

The customer service was great.

I get nervous on the phone however I was made to feel relaxed. The instructions for using the online banking app was explained clearly and unrushed.

Being in a fairly remote location with limited mobile service it is sometimes difficult to access all functions of internet banking.

The staff at Illawarra go out of their way to assist with any issues and being able to use secure messaging on occasion to do transfers is an enormous help.
