How to update your contact details

Your mobile number and email address are particularly important as they allow us to get in touch with you immediately, in the event that we need to. Follow these simple guides to update your details via internet banking, our moneytree app or over the phone.

  1. Click the ‘login’ button located in the top right hand corner of our website.
  2. Enter your member number and password.
  3. Once in, click ‘settings’ and then ‘update contact details’.
  4. You will then be prompted to ‘get SMS’ for security reasons. This will be sent to the mobile number we have on file.
  5. You will then be able to edit your personal details.
  1. Login using your passcode, pattern or Touch/Face ID.
  2. On the left hand side, select the three parallel lines. Select ‘My details’ -> ‘Contact details’
  3. You will then be prompted to ‘get SMS’ for security reasons. This will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
  4. You will then be able to view and edit your contact details.
