  1. Click the ‘login’ button located in the top right hand corner of our website.
  2. Enter your member number and password.
  3. Once in, click ‘settings’ and then ‘update contact details’.
  4. You will then be prompted to ‘get SMS’ for security reasons. This will be sent to the mobile number we have on file.
  5. You will then be able to edit your personal details.
  1. Once you have downloaded the app, select ‘Mobile Banking’ in the menu.
  2. You will then be prompted to enter your passcode, pattern or use your Touch/Face ID.
  3. On the left hand side, you will see three parallel lines. Click on this and select ‘Additional Services’. You will see an option that says ‘Personal Details’. Select this.
  4. You will then be prompted to ‘get SMS’ for security reasons. This will be sent to the mobile number we have on file.
  5. You will then be able to view and edit your personal details.
