How to view your e-statements

How do I view my e – statements?
It’s easy:
- Log into Internet banking
- Select ‘Accounts’, then ‘Statements’
- Then down load your statement.
How do I print my e-statements?
Here’s how you print for different browsers:
Chrome:
- After selecting the statement it will automatically download.
- You’ll then see a print icon in the banner. Simply select print and follow the prompts.
Internet Explorer:
- Downloads the statement.
- You’ll then be asked if you’d like to ‘Save’ or ‘Open’.
- Once you choose your preferred action, your statement will open.
- Select the print icon in the top left hand side and follow the prompts to print.
Are e-statements safe and secure?
Yes, e-statements are stored behind fire walls and transmitted to your browser by using encryption, which means it is well protected.
