how to set up PAYID

Log into Internet Banking with your member number and password.

  1. Select ‘My preferences’ in the top navigation and click on ‘manage PayID’;
  2. Pick your preferred contact you’d like to use as your PayID;
  3. Choose the account you’d like your PayID to link to;
  4. Verify your details; and
  5. Create your PayID.
  1. Once you’ve logged in, select ‘Payments’, then PayID;
  2. Click on the ‘+’ symbol to add your PayID;
  3. Pick your preferred contact you’d like to use as your PayID;
  4. Choose the account you’d like your PayID to link to;
  5. Verify your details; and
  6. Create your PayID.

How do I know if someone can receive an OSKO payment?

When processing a payment through internet banking or moneytree using a BSB and account number, you’ll automatically be given the option to complete the payment using OSKO, provided it within your daily Osko limit

Is it safe?

OSKO payment uses the payments platform, a world leading technology certified to highest data security standards monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any payment made on through OSKO is also monitored by the Illawarra Credit Union’s own real-time fraud monitoring.
