It takes a few minutes to reset your password online. Once you’ve selected the ‘Forgot password’ link at the bottom of the login fields, you’ll need to enter the following details:

  • Member number;
  • Date of birth; and
  • Active Visa card number.

You’ll then be sent a password to your mobile number, which you’ll need to use to reset your password. This will be sent to the mobile number on your account.

To further ensure your security and account protection, you will be required to provide your “Visa Card Number” as another form of authentication. That is your Visa debit card or Credit card. You’ll need the card to be activated before you can use it to reset your password.

In order to be issued with an SMS One Time Password, your mobile phone number must be linked to your existing account and member login. If you haven’t received your One Time Password, you’ll need to check your details are up to date. Click here to find out how:

Certain online card transactions or permanent account changes will now require a ‘One Time Password’ to verify it’s actually you making the purchase or change. When requested, we will send a six digit numeric code to your mobile number for you to enter into the provided field.

The system will then verify your identity using this code and allow you to proceed with the purchase or account modification.
