If you have an older or less common phone, it might not work with the Moneytree app. Please call us at 1300 132 249 if you’re encountering any issues with accessing the Moneytree app on your device!

Open the Moneytree app and tap on ‘Cards” then scroll down and tap on ‘Change My Pin’ and follow the prompts. For added security, you can change your Pin at anytime.

In order to be issued with an SMS One Time Password, your mobile phone number must be linked to your existing account and member login. Certain online card transactions or permanent account changes will now require a ‘One Time Password’ to verify it’s actually you making the purchase or change. When requested, we will send a six digit numeric code to your mobile number for you to enter into the provided field.

The system will then verify your identity using this code and allow you to proceed with the purchase or account modification.
