You can access your internet banking account via the Illawarra Credit Union website, just visit,
Yes, your existing Visa Debit card and cheque book will remain active and valid until your card expires or your cheque book runs out. At that point, you will receive an updated card or cheque book branded ‘Illawarra Credit Union’.

Yes! Simply visit the App store or Google Play to download the app to your device. You’ll need to search for Illawarra Credit Union moneytree to find the app.

Once you download the app, you can login using your member number and internet banking password.

To download and use any of our three Pays solutions, you’ll need an Illawarra Credit Union Visa Debit card. Get in touch with us and we can arrange this for you. Once you receive your new card you’ll need to activate it before downloading the respective Pays solution app.
It’s not required as yet. Any payments that are coming into your account and reference the Western City Credit Union BSB will process as normal. The Western City Credit Union BSB number will remain valid for a period after the transition over to Illawarra Credit Union.
Yes, all our rates for our Illawarra Credit Union and Western City Credit Union are the same. Click here to view our rates and fees.
We need you to update your contact information. Our staff are working on everything else to ensure the transition is seamless.
Yes, our Campbelltown branch is remaining open with the same operating hours it currently has. We value our membership base in the Western City region, and as a growing community, our Campbelltown branch will continue to serve you.
